1. I'm in a never-ending loop of opening the app, clicking on something, and then it goes back to the logging screen and repeat! What have you guys done to this once fully functional working app? I sincerely hope they listen to the feedback from the users and fix these nagging issues.Used to work, now doesn't at all.

2. Fingerprint login does not work anymore, I get "sorry, we seem to be experiencing technical difficulties" error.

3. If I have fingerprint enabled on a Samsung device, every time I open the app, it asks for my fingerprint SEVERAL times (each time it successfully scansxmy finger) then logs out, requiring me to use username and password.

1. Restart Doctor Care Anywhere: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Doctor Care Anywhere App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Doctor Care Anywhere" » Open Doctor Care Anywhere » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Doctor Care Anywhere » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Doctor Care Anywhere app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Doctor Care Anywhere servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Doctor Care Anywhere" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Doctor Care Anywhere app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Doctor Care Anywhere might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Doctor Care Anywhere. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Doctor Care Anywhere then reinstall.
