There's usually only one option to choose from but at least it's there.Extremely pleased with this app, they're real doctors that actually take time with you just like you are standing in front of them in the office and I thought I would be uncomfortable but it was quite the opposite, I would rather use this app than go to the actual office.Wonderful app! 1. Restart Ochsner Connected Anywhere: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ochsner Connected Anywhere App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ochsner Connected Anywhere" » Open Ochsner Connected Anywhere » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ochsner Connected Anywhere » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ochsner Connected Anywhere app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ochsner Connected Anywhere servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ochsner Connected Anywhere" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ochsner Connected Anywhere app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ochsner Connected Anywhere might not work.
