1. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but it still loading data everytime I open it.It doesn't open.. Tried uninstalling and installing many times but still the same result.just... simply.... very helpful... But i just have a few suggestions.. You may add missing nursing diagnosis.. Such as impaired skin integritty.. That will be a great break through... 😇This app is super awesome and contains lot of information.

2. Everytime I open the list of diagnosis, it will go back to home pageWon't Load, Stuck at "Loading Data".

1. Fix Nursing Diagnosis & Care Plans Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nursing Diagnosis & Care Plans: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nursing Diagnosis & Care Plans App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nursing Diagnosis & Care Plans" » Open Nursing Diagnosis & Care Plans » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nursing Diagnosis & Care Plans » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nursing Diagnosis & Care Plans app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nursing Diagnosis & Care Plans servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nursing Diagnosis & Care Plans" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nursing Diagnosis & Care Plans app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nursing Diagnosis & Care Plans might not work.
