1. Won't let me sign out,doesn't even allow me to reach the place to sign so it looks like I didn't clock out! Funny it worked fine in the office but just not in the client's home! Making me look dumb,constant texts from office staff fixing my visit notes when it just won't let me sign out! After 16 hour shifts it's the last thing I need!If I could, I would rate it half of a star, the app is completely confusing, one day, it'll let me clock in, and refuse to let me clock out the same day; or vice versa (doing the opposite) I wouldn't recommend this highly for anyone.So much could be done to make this app worth it.
2. Every week happens when need to work.It has a terrible time tracking my gps location, constantly having to have my managers start my visits manually, also sometimes it wont let me view daily living tasks, other times it randomly boots me off and forces me to relogin, its the worst when it boots me off in the middle of a client signature and just shuts off.
3. It would be helpful to be able to log in and give a reason for not being at client's home like we can when we clock out.Can't clock in at all this weekend the app just keeps closing says its bugged uggSome days it won't let me clock in and most of the time the location doesn't work .
4. Then the client sometimes has to sign 2 or 3 times and so do I.I am having problems clocking in and clocking out the app keeps on taking me out of it when I try to go to a visit my patient let me do anythingCan't log in if not at client's home.
5. For all the systems I've charted on, this one is the worst.Doesn't let me clock in or out.
6. Sometimes have to pick up client's prescription or groceries before getting to client's home.
7. It give me stress with my job.Unable to load schedules on 2 android devices but on the iPhone schedule updated right away.
8. Emails unanswered and no longer able to chart in app.
9. Get no help from customer support either.
10. I really dont recommend this.
