But my biggest issue is when I scroll down the job list to pick out an address it returns back to the top of the list making it impossible to do a badly planned route in a more logical order.Use daily, would be nice to be able to take pictures and get signature before hitting done after arrival at a stop.The latest update (2021.12.08) has hindered my job.
2. I cannot recommend this app until it is functional again.This was a bad design choice! When your on the main routing screen with all the stops listed, the enroute block has a green border, instead of a green background like it used to, its hard to tell if your in route, espescially when your phone is mounted away from your face, like on the dash of truck.
3. It's also very basic and doesn't alow you to change anything about how it works and customer service won't help you either.Why does the route list not stay where it is when I complete a job.
4. I may be working in one street with several addresses but every time I finish at an address the list goes back to the start/top again instead of staying at the part I'm trying to work.
5. Definitely adds time to deliveries, and not being able to copy and paste information, introduces human error into the equation.I purposely use my co-workers device because it has an older build of the app on it.
6. The thing I hate most is the constant dinging noise, this supposed to tell you when you've done something wrong however it usually dings for no apparent reason and leaves you stuck on a blank screen.
7. In short, it's inefficient and buggy, which makes it very annoying.Please add an option for drivers to force refresh/update the route themselves.
8. Also! Im only seeing product descriptions that make sense 50% of the time, it mostly just shows a bunch of random code.My app just updated.
9. The developers have added several steps to making one delivery, and now I have to submit four times after selecting where I have left the delivery before it will accept it.
10. Between that and the freezing/slowing issues it's very time consuming getting through my dayUnstable with freezing problems and crashes regularly.
11. Sometimes it never works and I have to resort to bruteforce through the route hoping it updates eventually.
