Why should I report an Issue with Comchek Mobile?

1. This is crazyAs described by MULTIPLE other people, worked great for several years until an update several months ago, now the app won't even open! I have Uninstalled, reinstalled, called ComData (who, of course, claims this has nothing to do with them and blames it on everyone else), called Verizon, called Samsara, called my bank... all of whom ran multiple trouble- shooting options and said it is the app!! Please FIX THIS!!!Complete and total waste of time.

2. Contacted comdata support, and she couldn't find out what was wrong.Tried to set up account and only gets me through step 3, step 4 will not work on my Samsung s21.

3. don't put a wrong amount in f or a comchek draft or you'll have to jump through flaming hoops to fix it.... also charges $5 to make a check draft... it seems this whole system is poorly put together and its just downright awful to have to deal with this mess in the first place.

4. EFS checks work every time.It did work fine for 3 years, after an android update 3-4 weeks ago stopped working.

5. Their app is way easier.Just as other reviews state app no longer works, opens for a second then crashes and gives a notification that the app has a bug that the developers need to fix.

6. I have sent 8 emails, no response, talked to 10 people NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO GET MY PROBLEM RESOLVED 😕.

7. Tried to contact customer service and they said it's not their app that it's my phone.

10. I even contacted the developer team and they sent a smart aleck reply back that there was no issues with their app.

11. You need to talk to at least 3 machines and get transfered and call all these numbers just to register a check.

1. Fix Comchek Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Comchek: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Comchek App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Comchek" » Open Comchek Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Comchek » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Comchek Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Comchek servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Comchek Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Comchek app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Comchek might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Comchek. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Comchek then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Comchek not working

2. Fix Comchek Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Comchek be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Comchek not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Comchek may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
