1. Bring up hidden bar with home screen Button, multi-task button and back button and an additional option should be the three dots in a vertical line, click on this and it brings up "settings" but I had to be quick to select it because it went away quickly too.Simply the best easy to use and works well on your phone.Want to be able to track my balance and it not/doesn't allow!Not saying if the app is good or not.

2. If you're trying to get into the settings on your note 7 push and hold down your back arrow button on your phone and the settings button will pop up.

3. How about some instructions or I don't know have the settings button be on the app and not a physical button.This app use to work with my Galaxy 5, but won't work with my new galaxy 8.

4. I had to hold down the double rectangle button(the multi task button?) And then the settings option came up.

5. I do have issues with 40% of my transactions not going through though.I've been trying on and off for the last several months and I consistently receive Android error code no number when I try to upload a copy of the picture receipts.

6. I REALLY NEED THIS TO WORK.So the app works great once I figured out how to enter my company name, username and password.

7. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still fails on the upload process.Does not work on new Galaxy S7.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Comdata CEMS Issues

1. Fix Comdata CEMS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Comdata CEMS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Comdata CEMS App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Comdata CEMS" » Open Comdata CEMS » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Comdata CEMS » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Comdata CEMS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Comdata CEMS servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Comdata CEMS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Comdata CEMS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Comdata CEMS might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Comdata CEMS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Comdata CEMS then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Comdata CEMS not working


2. Fix Comdata CEMS Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Comdata CEMS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Comdata CEMS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Comdata CEMS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
