1. The problem I have the most is signing in to the app."an exception has occurred" on startup, "undefined: error" when you try to log in to what just appears as blank boxes with no instructions or even labels showing on the buttons to click.

2. The website online isn't much better considering it doesn't allow you to manage your card AT ALL.

3. Also I have a parent account with multiple kids on the same account but the 2nd child I added to the account is not always recognized.Download completes then setup begins.

4. You have to login though your email, fine then an exceptional error message occurs and then... App locks up.

5. Me and my dependents' rewards card profile is completely blank even though we have debit cards.

6. Gives me an exceptional error every time and just takes forever to load.

7. You can reinstall the App numerous times still same thing will occur, exceptional error, and shutdown.

8. Would be GREAT if it ACTUALLY WORKED AS ADVERTISED.Halg the time this app doesn't let me log in.

9. When I login it appears to load but stays on the loading screen.
