1. The problem I have the most is signing in to the app."an exception has occurred" on startup, "undefined: error" when you try to log in to what just appears as blank boxes with no instructions or even labels showing on the buttons to click.

2. The website online isn't much better considering it doesn't allow you to manage your card AT ALL.

3. Also I have a parent account with multiple kids on the same account but the 2nd child I added to the account is not always recognized.Download completes then setup begins.

4. You have to login though your email, fine then an exceptional error message occurs and then... App locks up.

5. Me and my dependents' rewards card profile is completely blank even though we have debit cards.

7. You can reinstall the App numerous times still same thing will occur, exceptional error, and shutdown.

1. Fix Home State Health Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Home State Health: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Home State Health App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Home State Health" » Open Home State Health » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Home State Health » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Home State Health app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Home State Health servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Home State Health" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Home State Health app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Home State Health might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Home State Health. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Home State Health then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Home State Health not working
