1. The resolution they provided did work, however their customer service reps should have that same information!Every three months, my user name and password become invalid, including my finger print.
2. I haven't been able to log in/go past the opening screen this month even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times and my phone is fully connected to the internet.
3. It's not worth the frustration anymore.Having login issues constantly, tried password resets and it never sends me a password reset to my email.
4. I did the recommended procedure and it didn't change the app usage at all.App updated a few months ago and I haven't been able to login since.
5. Again, please recheck my email on file is correct or not blocked as that is the issue to begin with, not receiving emails from app for password reset.
6. Otherwise love the app! I find it so much easier to find exactly what I'm looking for and I get to avoid the awkwardness/anxiety of a phone call😅 simple to use app, never had an issue before now.Horrible. inconvenient, frustrating and just overall Horrible.
7. I have been trying to reset my password for 2 days.
8. I tried clearing the data/cashe and uninstalling and re-installing the app and when I try to open the app, it just sits there on the OTC page.
9. Extremely annoyed that this hasn't been resolved, since I have seen many others experiencing the same issue.
10. The pictures are NOT the items you get, and the customer service reps aren't helpful at all.
11. Save yourself the time and just call someone.I have only been able to use the app once.
