Cant get through It cuts off And keeps saying the account is locked And wont let me unlock it Even when I call the toll free number Or it says the "system is down" Go figureWhat is wrong with this app? 😕 is it anyone using this app successfully? It will not take any login information old or new ,why? 1. Fix Sunshine Health Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sunshine Health: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sunshine Health App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sunshine Health" » Open Sunshine Health » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sunshine Health » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sunshine Health app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sunshine Health servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sunshine Health" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sunshine Health app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sunshine Health might not work.
