Cant get through It cuts off And keeps saying the account is locked And wont let me unlock it Even when I call the toll free number Or it says the "system is down" Go figureWhat is wrong with this app? 😕 is it anyone using this app successfully? It will not take any login information old or new ,why? You can update your passport and it will notify that it was successfully done & the when you log in it redirects you to a orange & white screen rebuffering over and over stating not found ? I would not give this one star ,whoever set this up is totally unprofessional or this misleading is intentional.Cannot access app.

1. Fix Sunshine Health Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sunshine Health: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sunshine Health App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sunshine Health" » Open Sunshine Health » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sunshine Health » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sunshine Health app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sunshine Health servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sunshine Health" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sunshine Health app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sunshine Health might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sunshine Health. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sunshine Health then reinstall.
