1. Reached the testing step with the instruction "don't touch the phone" with a count down of 40 seconds that never started and the test never run! Have had other problems with previous tests including the message "can't play video", where reinstallation is required and you lose your data.

2. I was considering uninstalling and reinstalling the app but then I would lose the data from my first test!Wouldn't work on my phone! You really need to list specific phone models this works with but I suppose you'd loose money that way since so few phones seem to work with this app.

So on two phones it didn't work and the third phone seemed like it was working and then failed after making us what 10 minutes and then doing it's analysis.When it sort of worked on my phone the app had a problem and we had to wait another 10 minutes before the app would try to do the analysis.There was no way to skip waiting 10 minutes.

4. Update - I was given a "fix" that didn't work, replied as such and haven't yet heard backThe app and device worked flawlessly 3 months ago when I did my initial test.

5. Look at all the reviews that don't have another device and this is a waste! I'd fix this or loose a lot of business!First tried using the PC software it couldn't connect to the device so then i tried the phone it gout up to the testing point with the 40 second count down and just stopped at 0 then crashed my phone and forced a reboot.

6. First, none of the videos work: I get "Can't play this video." Second, when I'm ready to test, the app won't let me advance past step 1: connect YO.

7. Contacted them again as we can not test hope they can help... will provide another feedback if they do not know why the video is not work.
