1. Network error! Nonsense!! What is going on? Suddenly the tablet banking app stops working after years of working properly.
2. Not good enough - terrible treatment from BOI when they're closing all branches within a 20 mile radius of where I live.Doesn't function properly, very confusing what's happening? Email saying there's a rollout of a new app, but in the meantime the existing app doesn't work properly.
3. I have no trouble getting there on my phone but not on my tablet.Was decent till the last few months, the features have all stopped working.
4. So I can't carry out functions or see my new account will you refund my service charges?App suddenly stopped working earlier this year, even though the last update was June 2017.
5. Was this behaviour coded into the app by our friends at BOI? Shows "Network error" message and won't progress to the login screen.Not up to date -- does not have my current credit card information.
6. It stopped working on input screen for security device.
7. In the end I wanted to log off and it wouldn't allow me.Stopped working.
8. Keeps saying "network error" even though no problem with my internet connection.
9. Is this the next stage in the Banking Ireland app debacle? First it was JA JA then a buggy phone app both of which took weeks to get sorted.
10. Removed it and replaced with BOI mobile appDoesnt work on Samsung A6 tablet.
11. All other apps are working fine.
