Hello Bank Belgium Customer Insights

1. The common issue I've been encountering is the "Incorrect fingerprint input" whenever I try to login my account using my fingerprint, even though it's the correct finger, even when I switch to PIN code input, it considers them as wrong as well.. pretty stupid innit? So everytime I have to reopen my account through the app just so I can see my balance, it's pretty annoying.I've had the app for over a year now and 0 improvement has been made, even after I complained about the app CONSTANTLY crashing.

2. It happens more than often, try making a simple transfer from my savings account to my main; "Due to a technical problem this service is temporarily available." Thx, much appreciated so helpful wow, who needs their money anyway? Thanks for the professionalism.Works ok, needs some qol features like adding cards from other banks , membership cards and crypto etc.

3. If the app has been in the background for hours, and It gets raised for a bancontact intent, I don't care that my session has expired, and I sure as hecc don't want it to cancel the intent!Haven't really had much of a chance to use it but on first glance it's not as intuitive as other apps.

4. On Fairphone 3 Updated phone and app 6th of March and reconnected, no issues yet .Whoever develops this app SERIOUSLY needs to review the Android App Lifecycles, specifically the part about restoring state, and *not* restoring it.

5. Additionally, it would be great if there were a feature to copy and paste IBAN/account details to facilitate bank transfers for those who haven't yet set up beneficiaries.App keeps crashing.

6. Since there aren't that many physical stores some more control over our settings in the app would be appreciated .App resets my pin code after asking that my phone be on automatic date and time.

7. The only thing this app does is crash & believe me, I've tried everything to make it work but it's literally useless.Extremely clean UI and great UX! There's only one thing that would make the app so much better - that is to let it connect to the internet via an Ethernet cable.

8. I use my uni-adapter for a great amount of time and the error I get when trying to login is 'No internet connection.

9. I have had so many payments break because the app just throws me a "your session has expired" modal after I tap a bancontact link, it's infuriating.

10. Making payments through Bancontact or transferring money will lead to the app crashing.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Hello Bank Belgium Issues
