Gud day sir mam.bkit Hindi Po Ako makapagregister sa hello pagibig Tama naman Po lahat na inilagay Kong information .laging sinasabi your account is doesn't exist.

I downloaded the app and registered my loyalty card plus last month and it went well, i can see my balance..but i want to fully utilize the app thru its fund transfer, buy load and other services but it just keep on telling me that my account is still in process waiting for approval..how many months does it take to approve?
