1. I also tried on another phone in which, the initial attempt worked but due to audio issues, the doctor had to end the session but again, couldn't reconnect.Steep learning curve to set up your patient account, but once achieved, very detailed, very good app, wonderful.
2. I ended up having to take an Uber to the ER since I couldn't wait another 3 hoursThe signal connection isn't consistent & drops or breaks up a few or more times automatically every session with 3 - 4 bars out of 5 bars on a 4g signal.
3. Won't let me login even though all my passwords and emails are correct.I love telehealth as it allows me to remain at home, decreases travel and wait times, able to see each other without a mask thus keeping the session personable.
4. This was the first time using the HMSA app and it was great! The countdown clock was a nice touch that wasn't distracting at all.
5. Even after physically going into the doctor's office, they couldn't figure out why and they ruled out that the internet connection is not the issue.
6. This is all on mobile phone on verizon 4G LTE.Knowing there was an app to go to for when I wanted to see a doctor was really helpful.
7. Pretty critical when my phone needs to charge while using and I don't have a headphone jack.I can't get past the first screen.
8. Video is disrupted more often than sound and sound more often than complete dropped session needing to recconect.
9. Thanks HMSA!As long as your connectivity to the internet is good, then you will have no problem seeing and hearing Dr for online visits.
10. Other than that, I advise you to take advantage of the camera on your phone or tablet to take pictures.
11. However, reconnection into a session with the doctor is terrible.
