1. The new Blue Cross of Idaho app provides access to information and resources for members of Blue Cross of Idaho.
1. "Something went wrong." UPDATE: After working with tech support, they had me reset my password on the website, and then use those credentials in the app, and I was able to get in.This app would be great to use if it would remember my log in information, but every time I use this app it either let's me into my account or shows me username & or password wrong.
2. so this app needs to.let us have text message with code to crrtify, cause emaile serves no purpise for me on this app, JUST DOESN'T WORK SO CANT REGISTER THIS WAY.
3. I give up.leterally doesn't work at all, and if I could upload pictures to show some of the nonsense between the broken site and the broken app I would.
4. When you try to change the location it crashes I end up having to call to get information I need.New version is a great improvement over the old one.
5. i tried but their orange cable is strung thru my yard a year & half now with not even 1 bar for service, took me 6 months to get them to return my money they took, a year & half now.
6. Easy to use, pleasant user interface, and allows easy access to my healthcare related information.
7. Not very confidence inspiring for a large health organization.It used to work.. after not working for awhile.
8. Navigations are not correct time to time.Dam app constaly crashes when trying to change zip code.
9. Sad thing is, I'd rather access their site on my computer, but they seem to have even bigger issues there.
10. I can be logged into web portal, use same credentials as the app asks and all you will ever get is something went wrong.
11. (too bad zero star ratings arent possible)the BIG ISSUE, i have & many others, I'm sure, dont have email at home nor on my phone.
