Breeze Customer Insights

1. The worst part is at the end of the personality test, it's supposed to give you tips to better yourself and all it says is "small changes, one at a time, can lead to significant growth." I wouldn't continue using this app even if it were free.So many grammatical errors in the quizzes! I'm also severely annoyed that there is NO way to end the free trial.

2. Avoid signing up for the trial and take the advice of many ... It's not even worth the free trial period.There are lots of grammatical errors and questions that do not make sense within the quizzes.

3. I have requested a refund and so we will see if they are false advertisers and swindlers or if they are true to their word when they say cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.I like it! I've only been using it for a little while but it's neat.

4. I wont be providing a screenshot because I don't have a free trial anymore, and I won't be paying for it jsut to help you improve your app when you could easily take any one of your tests and catch at least 1 or 2 typos.I decided to check this app out and was not too too impressed.

5. Not mentioning that actually trying to cancel your subscription is impossible without going to the play store itself which isn't a deal breaker but very inconvenient.Been using it for only a little bit and can already see places to improve on.

6. Edit: Upon cancelling the trial, I was charged the weekly subscription anyway and while some parts of the app are very helpful.. It's difficult to understand most of the time, doesn't give enough options and very expensive on top of it.

7. I often felt very confused as to what the question was asking.Am not able to cancel my free trial.

8. After using the app for about half hour to explore, I can see there's no value in it and want to cancel my trial.

9. Edit: I wasnt "confused" it seems the app was written by a non native englis speaker there are grammatical errors and typos.

10. For all those people talking about not being able to cancel in the app, they specifically say when you agree to subscribe that you'll have to cancel via the play store.The app layout is fairly nice.

11. I canceled this subscription before by trial ended and was still charged.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Breeze Issues

1. Fix Breeze Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Breeze: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Breeze App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Breeze" » Open Breeze: mental health » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Breeze » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Breeze: mental health app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Breeze servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Breeze: mental health" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Breeze app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Breeze might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Breeze. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Breeze then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Breeze not working


2. Fix Breeze Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Breeze be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Breeze not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Breeze may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hi, I wanted to cancel my subscription after the free trial which I couldn't do because I was unable to find the way to do it. Now, my problem with cancelling is still current even though it has already "been paid" (19,99 USD). I'm not happy about it and would like to ask you for help. If a refund isn't possible, at least any help with cancelling all future payments would be more then welcome. Thank you.

  • Hello... i canceled my subscription with breeze on the 29th of November 2023. To my disappointment breeze continued to debit my account twcie. Once on the 2nd of December 2023 amd once on the 31st of December 2023. I wouldike to be refunded as i have a confirmation email from Google confirming the termination of my subscription.
