1. It saves my appointments so in case i forget, I can look them up.My doctor requires pre-registration be done through Breeze...using the app I get halfway through it, enter the demographics section and fill that out, but the button to go to the next step remains grey.

2. UPDATE: It didn't fix it, so I'm locked out of my account.The app is well-organized, but it doesn't seem to detect user activity well, and continually pops up a screen about being forcibly logged out if you remain inactive while you're in the middle of doing things.

3. Being required to pick a provider before searching meant several searches that yielded zero results, especially when picking a provider that works at multiple locations.

4. If it didnt take me up to 10 or 11 tries to download, i would probably give it 4 stars.Adding insurance card information does not function correctly.

5. I'm thinking of changing doctors just because I can't get important health information.The description states that the most recent big fix includes a new banner to let you know if your app is not up to date.

6. The bug fix needs a bug fix of its own...other than that, so far I've had it a week now with no issues and it seems to be a pretty good app.App is easy to get into, but has major problems downloading the apptm notes.

7. I can pre register and pay ahead of time so I don't have to show up early to my appointment and register on a nasty Ipad that other people have touched.

8. Even when it does finally load they are sooo tiny, you have to keep enlarging and moving and enlarging again to be able to read them.

9. Click "already have an account" and get taken to a page where it literally just tells you to download the app and then does NOTHING else.

10. This app does have some issues with crashing and being slow, but for what it does it's really convenient.

11. I pressed the done button on my keypad on my touch screen, but the app literally has no button to continue to accept the code.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Breeze Issues

1. Fix Breeze Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Breeze: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Breeze App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Breeze" » Open Breeze » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Breeze » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Breeze app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Breeze servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Breeze" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Breeze app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Breeze might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Breeze. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Breeze then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Breeze not working


2. Fix Breeze Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Breeze be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Breeze not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Breeze may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I signed up for the free trial with no intention of subscribing, and now I can’t cancel the subscription because it’s saying I owe $9.22. Due to this, I am unable to download any other apps on my phone. I need to cancel this subscription immediately and would appreciate it if You could refund me.
