• I reported this issue and had one response from you, but my issue is not yet resolved and I can't use the app. Please help asap. I had linked my Tiny Fax account to iCloud and then decided I didn't want to do that and removed the permission for it on my Apple settings (not in the TInyFax app, and I can't change that setting because it won't load). Now it won't load and I have to send an important fax today. It appeared it was trying to link to iCloud and download the documents and taking forever so I deleted all of them and lost all my backup of them. It still will not load. Just keeps trying to.
  Can you change the setting in my app to turn iCloud off or can you reset my account?
  Would greatly appreciate an answer ASAP. Thank you.
