Then I can encrypt files to send but there is no decryption option.easier then all other pgp app there is at first was confusing how to import public key cause i thought the import was for private key but figured out it wasnt other then that really simple easy to use and looking for your own private key is very simple unlike doing it from a laptopGreat app, easy to use, there is only one and important aspect of security missing, the app is not password protected, so anybody who can acsess the phone has acsess to your private key... Otherwise I would give it 5 stars..This app failed to import any public keys, regardless of what tool generated them.

I can confirm that this app has sent and received 0kb of data so I feel pretty safe using it.Please respond with help with few things the main thing is it needs some kind of lock screen or pin to get in it.the decryption messages issues and format when I encrypt a message seems different than on other services every once in awhile rarely tho when I paste message in email for friend they say that the format is slightly off and all I need to do is delete a few spaces and add some for them to decrypt it basically when i paste it into an email and it looks different than a dose in the appDoes exactly what I need it to.

3. The only suggestion (and it is a very important suggestion) is having a lock to view the private keys!!! The lock on decryption is great but uslless if you can just view and instantly copy the private key.

4. Tried for 2 days now cant get refund and last update was ages ago so not holding my breath for a fix anytime soonThe app says a little confusing at first but that was because I was not familiar with PGP.

5. I need to use another app the export the keys as .asc files and rename then to .txt, load them into a text editor, highlight and copy them, and then paste them here.

6. I reached out to the author for support, but received no response after several days.Cant get decrypt to work, it shows me a page i cant scroll down to what i imagine is a button i cant see or click.

7. Only thing is, under generate key where it talks about saving the password, there is a spelling error and it drives me crazy.The app fails installing keys.

1. Fix PGPTools Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PGPTools: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PGPTools App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PGPTools" » Open PGPTools » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PGPTools » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PGPTools app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PGPTools servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PGPTools" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PGPTools app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PGPTools might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PGPTools. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PGPTools then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PGPTools not working

2. Fix PGPTools Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PGPTools be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PGPTools not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PGPTools may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
