1. The chat function at Lazada spps (buyer side) is way much faster.The new policy buyer confirmation payout it already exceeded more than 7 days but it hasn't been reflected in our payout yet, worst part "My balance" tab is not even visible in our shop it's says it's still in pilot stage.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Lazada Seller Center Issues

1. Fix Lazada Seller Center Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Lazada Seller Center: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Lazada Seller Center App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lazada Seller Center" » Open Lazada Seller Center » click "Update".

  3. Clear Lazada Seller Center app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lazada Seller Center servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lazada Seller Center" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Lazada Seller Center app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lazada Seller Center might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Lazada Seller Center. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lazada Seller Center then reinstall.

  • Someone hacked my personal information used my name and account for making a lazada seller account. I have never opened a lazada seller account yet. Although i am a buyer from Lazada.
