1. There is a definite learning curve like with anything new but it seems like they are always trying to find ways to improve & they appreciate customer input.I rarely review a product, but I have to say that time clock wizard is incredible.

2. Let users update on their own time instead of forcing us to update the app when we're trying to clock into work.The people at time clock wizard have been fantastic to work with, extremely helpful & patient.

1. Restart Time Clock Wizard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Time Clock Wizard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Time Clock Wizard" » Open Time Clock Wizard » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Time Clock Wizard » click "UPDATE".
