1. I've been using it for a year now, one time I had a problem but there is customer service that is there to help, they reply within 5 minutes after you message them and they were able to resolve the problem right away.

2. I highly recommend this app!This timecard app is so one-sided for the employer and no help to the employee.it is impossible to go back to the beginning of all your shifts so you can check all the notes and time that your employer has changed and stolen from you by changing your time.

3. The ability to time stamp photos in the notes would really help.I love this app! It's awesome! After trying the alternatives, SINC is hands down a far better product, far far easier to use and understand, and at a much better price.

1. Fix SINC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SINC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SINC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SINC" » Open SINC: Employee Time Clock » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SINC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SINC: Employee Time Clock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SINC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SINC: Employee Time Clock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SINC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SINC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SINC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SINC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SINC not working

2. Fix SINC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SINC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SINC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SINC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
