Beurer HealthCoach Customer Insights

1. The interface is clunky and disappointed that it doesn't connect out to the other health apps I want to use (Google Fit, Samsung Health, Garmin Connect, Strava, etc...), but it did show overall trend and detail information.Couldn't sync data with app after the initial pairing.

2. Not able to connect via Bluetooth, data doesn't transfer to phone as described in quick start guide.

3. I bought a new phone recently and I figured it would be just as easy connecting the scale to the new phone, but it just seems to fail to connect properly to my new phone.

4. Isn't that what a quick start guide is for?Update: Dropping a star as the app keeps not syncing and no longer finds the scale... Results are then lost.

5. Out of some random piece of luck, it did connect to my new phone once, and only once, but I think the app must have some kind of difficulty with the latest version of the android OS.

6. If you have a phone that actually works with the app, maybe consider keeping it if you want all the features of the scale...This is my second review.

7. I bought the BF70 scale earlier this year and the app seemed to connect relatively fine to the scale.

8. It a good program to assist and papa dietary exchanges one needs to assist in a safe weight loss program.This has to be the worst user non friendly app I've ever used.

9. Faq just sends me to their website that doesn't even list the scale as a product.

10. If you're having issues connecting, try restarting your phone.Can't figure out how to tell who's reading is on the screen.

11. After having the same issue with an o2 monitor I discovered that a simple phone restart did the trick.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Beurer HealthCoach Issues

1. Fix Beurer HealthCoach Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Beurer HealthCoach: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Beurer HealthCoach App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Beurer HealthCoach" » Open Beurer HealthCoach » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Beurer HealthCoach » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Beurer HealthCoach app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Beurer HealthCoach servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Beurer HealthCoach" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Beurer HealthCoach app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Beurer HealthCoach might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Beurer HealthCoach. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Beurer HealthCoach then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Beurer HealthCoach not working


2. Fix Beurer HealthCoach Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Beurer HealthCoach be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Beurer HealthCoach not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Beurer HealthCoach may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
