1. Not being able to turn on reminders without a subscription is bad.I'm soooooooo disappointed that the actual CBT exercises are only available in the paid subscription version!! 🥺 but 4 ⭐ because I like the daily diary where I can choose from a long list of emotions, and some physical feelings, and mark the intensity of them.
2. I also love the peer groups! 🥰 lastly, it appears that the "share" with your clinician tool is free, and though I haven't tried it yet, that is an amazing feature! 👍👍I'm no doubt purchasing when I can.
3. I would highly recommend for a daily diary or keeping your notes for CBT treatment.I've been using this app for a few weeks and I have been using it specifically for the journal part.
4. It has great lessons, love the videos, and how in depth it is.
5. The exercises are great but hard to know what distortion they are used for, a description of that would be helpful.
6. But when you edit sweep into some sections the information is only good on they surface but doesn't provide enough detail.
7. Great features and so helpful.
8. You also can't see what emotions you picked on the actual journal page, so now I have to go back and forth to explain why I was 68% anxious.
9. Great deterrent from negative outlooks and tracks progress.
10. Suggestion - change the font colors for the Emotions list on the Daily Check In.
11. For the part where you describe how you're feeling, it would be even better if there was a voice note option because who wants to type out their breakdown.
