OCD.app Anxiety, Mood & Sleep Customer Insights

1. These are two big issues, but I would still recommend the free version to people for calming from OCD caused anxiety attacks.Great app! I do not focus on how fast i go through it, but work to internalize some of the advice as different way of viewing things... One of my fav sayongs is - feeling pass, change, and transform..... Would also be nice if the app included mental compulsions, such as analyzing and reassurance in the assessment... Also, could use an update on a few spelling errors. It's not the most helpful app ever but does kill time and in the moment helps you say nice things to yourself.

2. It is distracting but hopefully something they can get fixed.Very nice application...very interesting experience with interaction and different types of modules not only for OCD but also for anxiety, depression and insomniaHelped tremendously and only takes a few minutes per day.

3. There are lots of grammatical errors across different units (OCD/Anxiety/Depression) that made it difficult to understand and to work out whether it was a positive or negative statement.

4. The only thing good about it is that the UI looks modern but everything else is trash.I have the full version and it's genuinely helpful for OCD, but it's also overpriced for how scarce the content is.

5. The old app used to have a "daily play" option once you progressed through the "levels" that let you drop into the app for a nice summary of all the previous statements merged into one level.

6. I'd like to see the devs add around triple the content (more types of exercises and little games to help!) and correct the spelling mistakes.

7. Fortunately it still saves your position so it isn't a deal breaker.I've found this app surprisingly helpful with dealing with catastrophic thinking and obsessive ruminating.

8. It just needs more work and some decent proofreading. This app went from a concise OCD app to an unfocused all-in-one app that deals with too many topics in an unfocused fashion.

9. The paid version is very cheap, too.OCD part is great, but not the rest of the modules.

10. ----- Really great app but has been crashing after every level for me for a few weeks.

11. Also, lots of misspelling errors exist in the app, which make it feel unprofessional especially when you're paying.
