1. Clicking the button makes you lose the position and you need to start over again.This is very helpful for me to keep track of my stepdaughter's invisalign progress and her timer.

2. The 2 things things I'm not happy with is I had my husband download it on his phone as well so if I wasn't home or whatever, he would be able to keep track of the time I've already got going.

3. There is no need to render something that isn't on the screen.One of the most common complaints I saw on the reviews was that the app didn't give off a sound or, at least, vibrate, when the timer was set to notify you that it was time to put your aligners back on.

4. As a result, I forget to reset the timer, and it won't let you manually report time, defeating the purpose.This app is still not consistent with its detection.

5. I would have better luck just setting calendar reminders on my phone to alert me when it's time to switch my invisalign.

6. I can just set a reoccuring reminder on my calendar to switch trays and a timer for they time they are out.

11. The good: tracking which tray you're on (2 of 40, 3 of 40, etc) is very useful and setting reminders to switch to the new set is helpful and works.

1. Fix My Invisalign Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Invisalign: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Invisalign App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Invisalign" » Open My Invisalign - Official App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Invisalign » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Invisalign - Official App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Invisalign servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Invisalign - Official App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Invisalign app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Invisalign might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Invisalign. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Invisalign then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Invisalign not working

2. Fix My Invisalign Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Invisalign be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Invisalign not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Invisalign may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
