1. I have tried power down my phone, then re-installing and I am in this loop.It's a great app when it works! This last update just broke it for me and it gets stuck on the first screen.Awful app it only goes over the same thing over and over again and it's not even a useful task , it's done nothing at all it's so basic it's ridiculous , it's not incouaging me one bit to buy the app for the discusting charge it is , nobody will pay just to catalogue how you feel , it's a scam app id avoidLooks nice! Some menus load so you can't read things correctly though.

2. if someone makes an error with the memory exercise I suggest you don't paint the wrong answer red maybe painted a different color cuz the color red is really hard on the brain and to me it symbolizes the reinforcement of mistakes.

3. The mood tracker is not working (past results are not showing up) And the TIMELINE tab gets stuck loading data forevernice but glitchy.

4. When this app went from free to a membership model, I expected additional content for paying members, but no.

5. Very disappointed.Wonderful and effective experience, unlike other well-being apps this one has serious academic research behind it.

6. It appears that the developers took what used to be free and instead of adding "more" for members they just restricted what was free.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Thinkable Health Issues

1. Fix Thinkable Health Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Thinkable Health: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Thinkable Health App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Thinkable Health" » Open Thinkable Health » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Thinkable Health » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Thinkable Health app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Thinkable Health servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Thinkable Health" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Thinkable Health app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Thinkable Health might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Thinkable Health. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Thinkable Health then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Thinkable Health not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Thinkable Health be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Thinkable Health not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Thinkable Health may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
