1. Liked it alot, very helpful ib ordering medicines and cosmetics and the are very fast in their delivery which is very helpful.You need to make individual pages for the products instead of just constant scrolling which inevitably leads to a lot of lag and a bad experienceYour app is only in Arabic language,this is very difficult for English speaking individualThe application is very bad, the products are not available on it, and the prices are different when purchasing.

The worst experience I have tried on this applicationPrices are not fixed and are changed after the purchase is completed.Very bad and worth of time and after make an order it cancel and said not available at store what the hell of that ....I can't find anything , most of products are unavailable, some products are higher than the normal priceThey deliver orders 3 to 4 hrs late maybe even more and after that deliver wrong products.

3. and wanted to share my experience.I never recommend using this application, as the cancellation feature does not exist except through the chat, and the reply in the chat is very late, because of that, one of the pharmacists working in the pharmacy that deals with the application insulted me through the voice note on WhatsApp, because the cancellation did not reach him and sent the order.

4. They have variety of products but for me, time is more important.

5. My experience wasn't as good as other applications like yodawy and el ezaby.

6. When I asked to communicate with someone from the application, I did not find any action.

7. So i uninstalled this app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Chefaa Issues

1. Fix Chefaa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Chefaa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Chefaa App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chefaa" » Open Chefaa - Pharmacy Delivery App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chefaa » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Chefaa - Pharmacy Delivery App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chefaa servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chefaa - Pharmacy Delivery App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Chefaa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chefaa might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Chefaa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chefaa then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chefaa not working


2. Fix Chefaa Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Chefaa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Chefaa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Chefaa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
