1. Needs a few gaps closed like it's not clear what location it's searching at and you can't click on all the addresses and phone number.As default set a location far away from my actual location, when I try to find the nearest place to get an apointment.

2. In some cases the app doesn't show an activity indicator to know if is doing a searching.Horrible app, not user friendly at all.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Swiss Medical Issues

  3. Clear Swiss Medical Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Swiss Medical servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Swiss Medical Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Swiss Medical app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Swiss Medical might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Swiss Medical. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Swiss Medical then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Swiss Medical not working
