So grateful!!Simple, easy to use and effective , I had a glitch the first time round where whenever it opened I just a blank green screen, but uninstalling and re downloading it has fixed that.I have been going through a rough patch and this app has been helpful in refocusing my thoughts on the positive.

It makes me feel content in knowing that regardless of how I feel.. there's still some positive type of response for me to read or engage and thayd helpful.In the middle of a fight with my boyfriend, I got on my phone to download some distracting app to escape the situation, and instead found this.
3. It can help boost positive thoughts and discourage negative thoughts and remind you the things that ROCD tries to make you forget: relationships arent meant to be perfection.
4. It's amazing amazing amazing I think every thing about someone in a relationship that had doubts in any way should get this you will see that everything you ever felt will be addressed.As someone still finding resources for OCD/ROCD, this is a very good starting place.

6. I was unsure at first because some of the exercises *could* (potentially, in certain situations) make things more difficult, if the relationship is abusive, for instance.
7. I hope to see more resources here or on similar apps in the future.I was initially embarrassed to try this app and asked myself why anyone would admit to needing this kind of thing by giving a review.
8. *HOWEVER*, assuming that the person using the app does not have an abusive partner and is aware of their own weaknesses, I have found this app to be helpful.
9. Half an hour later, I felt better about myself and the relationship, and was able to have a healthy conversation about my thoughts.
10. There are some typos and minor glitches, but if you use it daily it does really improve one's outlook and habits.Already love this app after just one 3 level session.
11. All you do is swipe positive affirmations one way and negative ones the other way.
