1. Just wasted my time!Great app! Scanned my insurance card and it found people within my network (tested by looking them up in the Florida blue app and they had 0$ copays!!)..also love that you can see available appointments and schedule right in app without having to call! Also the review system is perfect it actually makes me want to use it when my first visit comes up.

2. I rated them a 3 because their customer service isn't amazing and it's hard to leave a negative review because they screen them harder than positive ones.Although very helpful in reading reviews to select a doctor, the appointment system seems to never work.

3. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The information it states is incorrect! I spent so much time on a list of providers, only to find out that the "in person" choice should have never been an option!! I found , of course, because of COVID-19, a lot of providers went telecommunication, or zoom online.

4. Zocdoc will only allow patients to leave reviews based on appointments scheduled through the app.The ability to break it down to the reason is really really great! It's really easy to use.

6. I put my insure plan in and the type of appointment I need and a list of providers pops up with my insurance that covers them.

10. When reading reviews on doctors, I recommend checking Google or Healthgrades as well just to get a full picture.

1. Fix Zocdoc Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zocdoc: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zocdoc App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zocdoc" » Open Zocdoc - Find and book doctors » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zocdoc » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zocdoc - Find and book doctors app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zocdoc servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zocdoc - Find and book doctors" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zocdoc app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zocdoc might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zocdoc. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zocdoc then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zocdoc not working

2. Fix Zocdoc Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zocdoc be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zocdoc not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zocdoc may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
