1. I think that if there would be a paid subscription that there would be more than you'd unlock with it, it doesn't entirely seem worth it to pay 8 dollars a month for a daily planner and 5 meditation options.I truly love this! The thought diary and the three clouds exercise are especially helpful.
2. I was so happy to read that development would continue, but unfortunately the new interface makes it a bit of a chore to use silver linings, as my keyboard covers the last cloud (and perhaps I am not remembering correctly, but didn't there used to be a "next" prompt to go from cloud to cloud?) and I must toggle back and forth closing and opening the keyboard.
3. I love that the background of the three clouds activity changes with time of day, and the animations are not distracting but do help bring your attention more to what is happening around you.
4. It's exactly what I was looking for and has a very nice aesthetic! Suggestion: I would like the ability to add more "cloud" bubbles for a day if I think of more positive things, instead of being limited at the traditional three.
5. While there is a paid subscription option, the free features are very useful tools in training your thoughts to be more positive, and you wouldn't be missing out on much.
6. Thank you all for making this! (If you were to add more choices for the meditation background sounds, I wouldn't mind at all ;))I just started using this app but I'm a big fan so far.
7. The only thing that I can think of that would make it even better is if it synched to a website, because typing everything on my phone can be cumbersome. It has a cute visual design and is very simple to use, only I do wish there were some more features other than writing down notes.
8. Also, I did make the subscription purchase but for some reason I recAesthetically: it's stunning & pleasing to the eye - perfect color choices, font, and even the font size - small details matter & they know it.
9. Often the challenging thoughts activity is helpful, but sometimes I want to just freewrite. This app has a very enjoyable and relaxing art style and is wonderfully formatted.
10. I really recommend this if you're struggling with depression: I've had major depression for 9 years now and since I started using this app, I've felt a difference.
11. Maybe even a sky screen where it motivates you to add more clouds to populate it?I got this as a basic gratitude log app, but also use the to do list and occasionally the thought diary.
