1. Your developer needs to work faster and better.This updated version is very terrible..The security questions are no longer there..The SMS and tne app showing different figures(with 10,000 difference).... infact everything about the app sucksUnable to login since I updated the app.
2. And why is the figure on app and SMS differentHow do you Update and app and get a WORSE VERSION AS UPDATE ? You download app, and it says login.
3. You ask for login details and you are sent vague and funny names not associated with your bank account name.
4. I wish i can give zero star.The worst update and app in the history of tech in this country.
5. It's really frustrating 😡Biometric option never works, can't download or share receipt.
6. OTP is no longer required before money can be sent which makes it easy for fraudster to take advantage of the money in the account.
7. What ia the essence of making customers to pay for OTP that is not needed? The worst ap award goes to wema bank.
8. RubbishBiometrics never worked! It's never easy to download receipts, statements.
9. The last update was very bad but this is beyond worse.
10. It's being a very bad experience with this update.
11. The two level security is off, I can't even make transfers from the app, it's giving me a no active pin reply.
