1. Very frustrating.It does the basics, like allowing me to see my account balance and transfer money, but I don't have access to important information like account numbers, and the user interface and app design are reminiscent of an early 2000s website (minus the touch aspect).
2. I can still login to my account with my password, but why have the option of fingerprint login if it doesn't work? Also, I am tired of having to uninstall and reinstall the app just to get it to work when you update it.
3. However, it does absolutely no good to have these features if the app is unreliable! And before you send me a "blanket reply" to email you with my phone number, please don't waste my time or yours....just focus on fixing the problems for the sake of your members.For about the last year or maybe a little more, I have been unable to do anything through the app but see my accounts.
4. I also have to type in my password every time I log on, as opposed to other banking apps that allow you to create a PIN.This app is poorly designed! Sometimes I can log on, other times, it gets stuck saying that it's securely logging on and doesn't go past that point.
5. Very frustrating!!!!With the most recent update, when I try to save my fingerprint recognition preference, I get the message "Updating Settings" and it sits there (with the 'processing' animation spinning) as if it's waiting to hear back from the server.
6. When I tried to reset the app to accept fingerprint login again, it would not take it - it would just keep saying "updating settings." I've tried it on 4 different occasions.
7. Very user friendly and everything was always handled in a fast manner (ie transfer, account review, statements requests, etc).
8. Every time they have updates, the app locks you out and says you need to unlock your account.
9. For the last 4 months or so, I have had issues logging in, where I either can't log in at all, or else it will say that it is experiencing issues because of upgrades or whatever, and then sometimes I can get to my accounts summary before it crashes.
10. Very upset 😡 Update: I have contacted Vystar 3 times and each time someone is supposed to call me to help fix the problem.
11. You click the "unlock account" link, and it says that your account was never locked in the first place.
