1. buying/selling is pretty simple which is the only good thing about the mobile platform.Update: As of the most recent update, March 6, 2023, i cannot open the app.

2. charts can't be set to custom time frames and you have to change zoom to change time frame, which means you're stuck at 1 zoom level to see the time frame you want.

3. my candles dissappear from the chart (which is ridiculously difficult to use) and I have to reset all settings every time to fix it.

4. The margins can change very quickly, which is understandable, but there is nothing to notify of margin changes in real time.

5. Edit: After this most recent update around 9/9/22, all I get is a black screen when I open the app.

6. Navigating/changing your chart is a pain and doesn't work for me half the time.

7. Definitely encourage people to stick with the desktop for trading when possible.The latest update as everyone else has said is awful.

1. Fix Tradovate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tradovate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tradovate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tradovate" » Open Tradovate: Futures Trading » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tradovate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tradovate: Futures Trading app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tradovate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tradovate: Futures Trading" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tradovate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tradovate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tradovate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tradovate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tradovate not working

2. Fix Tradovate Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tradovate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tradovate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tradovate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
