ThanksThis app is very frustrating,they send you an otp and then you've not used it they start sending more and then they'll say otp is invalid, I've been trying to log in for some weeks now no progress,I honestly regret banking with you in the first place .And you should do something about considering the amount of negative reviews you're getting,also the ussd code is not working so a customer that does not have an Android phone or does not have a card cannot make transactions.😡🤦🤦For the past 4 weeks that I have been trying to create an account on this app, I have not been able to pass the email verification stage because no email was sent to me.

2. The plus side is the functionality is smooth and easy...I have not heard issues with transfers.I tried to sign up on the app but it kept saying my phone number was invalid.

3. Well, with the comments I am seeing, I give God all the glory for not allowing me witness the hell in the name of service.☹️It's so hard to open the app it keeps saying connection problem when I have active Internet connection and my login info's are correct.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix VULTe Issues

1. Fix VULTe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart VULTe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the VULTe App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VULTe" » Open VULTe » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VULTe » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear VULTe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VULTe servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VULTe" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check VULTe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VULTe might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall VULTe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VULTe then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VULTe not working


2. Fix VULTe Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VULTe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VULTe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VULTe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
