1. A little longer (like 10 Minutes) would have been better e.g. the bell-sounds period in breathing meditation could be extended by 5 minutes... so that some real time could be spent to actually do the meditation, rather than listening to instructions for the majority of the time span... But the quality of the tracks: the approach and voice were all very good, without cheesy background sounds.
2. A wonderful way to begin the dayπIt is very relaxing and read my mind like a book.Feeling relaxed ππ I want bell sounds for few more mins that sound relaxes the bodyPerfect timing, great app for me.Tried for the first time...love it.

So, it's refreshing.Amazing, this is my first time meditating and I can feel that the pressure on my body has significantly reduced !Difficult to concentrate, but time with other sessions and experience will assist.Misinformation and complete waste of time.I love it such a nice way to spend 5 minutes of the day.
