1. I actually didn't realise I started off with medium difficulty, so I'm happy I can handle it.I think this app is excellent!!! It is simple and easy to use providing you with short workouts designed to zone in on specific body areas at one time!! The app is very self explanatory and demonstrates every exercise first and then when you are ready to start it does the workout with you!! It will record your results and offers different levels of difficulty that u personally choose! I really love this app because it has motivated me to excersise again and I am starting to see results, which is great!! Thank you! 2. But for me, I need longer than the first routine to assess whether it's worth an upgrade, so I'm out.I'm a beginner again after decades of workout, so I wanted something that I could handle & you can change 3 levels of difficulty as you get better.
