1. My account no longer exists. While the support is good, the actual food dairy part of the app is terrible, it doesn't recognise hardly any foods for M&S and to work out small portions of some items you virtually needs a maths degree to work out what you are actually eating because alot of food are per 100g which isn't helpful at all if you don't have time to dig a calculator out, we need to be able to change the 100g to our own weight to ease the problem, because quite frankly the amount I'm paying for this it's ridiculousNot the most stable app I've used.
2. Very poor, avoid. At this point I'm just trying to delete my account and all the information associated with it and both the app and the desktop version of the website keep redirecting me to the page where I need to subscribe.
3. I also think the information is very limited during the first few weeks of tutorial ie week 1 just explained the principles of the plan not much about how you carry it out.Very poor! Constantly crashes and freezes and they don't let you properly preview before you pay a large membership fee.
4. Which means you can't use the app and miss weeks of content you've paid for and you can't use essential tools like the food diary if you do the right thing and home cook meals or use products not in their database.
5. Navigation is a nightmare, difficult to log information correctly, you cannot add custom foods/nutrients and half the time it doesn't load.
6. Update food list - Login - decline upgrade - update food list - login....I think in the 15 minutes I had it I logged in about vife times now.
7. in settings you can not see the year when you select from the download and you cannot save you unit preference, alot of medications are missing fro.
8. It seems I cannot possibly delete my account without paying for it first.
9. Also more exercises available to use and more food choices instead of me having to put info in that is not quite as accurate.
10. Apart from that it is bloody awesome 👌the app needs alot of work to get it into a usable state.
11. As another person mentioned, you can't get past the page that tries to get you to pay £69.99 per year after you sign in.
