1. Please help and sort this problem out as its really useful for me being a type 1 diabetic and can't really be with out it.Paid for this app and then it "upgraded" so that half the info that I used to get became part of a subscription.

It just seems far too inaccessible at the moment and I think that's a complete shame.I brought and paid for this app to use all year round, I've recently got a new phone and transferred all my apps over to my new phone, but this app is not working it says I have to pay for it again which I'm not doing as I've already done that.

3. Would be useful to be able to sort the created meals into a separate list.Sad to see as a T1 diabetic that nearly all the content is behind a yearly subscription pay wall.

7. I've downloaded the app on my phone and paid but as my son is 13 he needs it for his diabetes as not always with me but can't pay for it on his phone as won't allow me to.

8. Downloaded the app, started the 14 day free trial but it would not unlock the premium items.

11. The upgrade has changed an app that was simple and easy to use to one that is now more complicated, takes more time to get to the end result, and has a level of frustration beyond irritating.

1. Fix Carbs & Cals Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Carbs & Cals: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Carbs & Cals App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Carbs & Cals" » Open Carbs & Cals: Diet & Diabetes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Carbs & Cals » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Carbs & Cals: Diet & Diabetes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Carbs & Cals servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Carbs & Cals: Diet & Diabetes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Carbs & Cals app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Carbs & Cals might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Carbs & Cals. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Carbs & Cals then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Carbs & Cals not working

2. Fix Carbs & Cals Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Carbs & Cals be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Carbs & Cals not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Carbs & Cals may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
