I have better luck just calling my doctors office instead this headache of an appGreat when it actually works, but about half the time, either doesn't load past the PIN login screen, or bypasses the login and won't allow access to any of the features...so, really, what's the point?For the last month my app has been useless.

This was the easiest way for me to do tact my provider and have access to my information and even after uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, it just continues to load my main screen after I log in.I like the app when it actually loads my information... which seems like never! Whenever I log in the loading symbol just spins and spins and nothing ever happens! Extremely frustrating when I want to look at updated labs results from my doctorReally helpful once you get it set up.

3. It is just a constant loop of entering the code and putting in the info they require from the hospital that I know works, yet they claim it doesn't exist.

4. The regular Healow app is just as terrible.I used to love this app but ever since the new year it takes forever to load and I've even uninstalled it 3times and still no change.

5. I wish there where more LGBTQ+ inclusive language used tho, I have a transgender partner and would love to list her as the other half of the baby, since she is, but father is a male based term.

6. This isn't really convenient or quick easy app anymore for pregnant moms, especially when we get notifications on "See what's happening on week #" but won't load.

7. I cant even access my doctors notes or appointments in it anymore unless I'm willing to wait 15 to 30 minutes for them.It runs a little slow.

1. Restart healow Mom: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the healow Mom App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "healow Mom" » Open healow Mom » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for healow Mom » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear healow Mom app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from healow Mom servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "healow Mom" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check healow Mom app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, healow Mom might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall healow Mom. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall healow Mom then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing healow Mom not working

2. Fix healow Mom Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make healow Mom be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to healow Mom not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, healow Mom may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
