1. Removing.This app is totally useless I get an email gave me my practice code....it Doesn't work here it says contact my doctor for it 🙄 they gave it to me ( confused) so I input the doctor name and location (sigh)... nothing not found 🤔 toss the whole app away! This right here is a waist of time and energy.utterly useless.

2. 🤦🤦🤦Same issue as other users, the provided code to link does not work even though its the correct code, and you can not find your doctor's office through any of the search options.Forces you to set up permanent screen lock or app won't work.

3. It didn't recognize the practice code, my doctor, the doctor's phone number, address...NOTHING. And the screen froze, preventing me from sending a message.

4. cannot find practice using valid practice code or phone number.

5. The only security it had was First Name, Last Name and birthdate, followed by multiple texts with verification codes.

6. the search function shows zero results for anything no matter what search function i try or criteria i use.

7. Even removed other apps and it still crashes.

1. Fix healow UAE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart healow UAE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the healow UAE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "healow UAE" » Open healow UAE » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for healow UAE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear healow UAE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from healow UAE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "healow UAE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check healow UAE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, healow UAE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall healow UAE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall healow UAE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing healow UAE not working
