1. Yet, there is no logout option unless you navigate through to the settings! Literally, there should be a logout spot on every screen to immediately closeout and protect my privacy!Setting up an account can be irritating - the app required I enter a location to find my doctor (city/state/zip) but would not let me set *any* location so it took a long time to sign up.
2. If I'm having this much trouble I feel especially bad for anyone who isn't tech savvy trying to navigate Healow.Horriable. First time user, concept intended great, but ease of access and navigation from what is explained to what really is two different stories.
3. There is no way to know if a message that has been sent to your provider has been read, you have to search to find any pertinent information pertaining to your past visit, and no available online intake forms that I could find.
4. Hold times are shorter.Very difficult to navigate the app! I already have set up an account, but when I go to the app it instructs me how to start an account, but gives me no option to just sign in.
5. Everything is stacked under layers either in the portal or the profile and unless you spend an exorbitant amount of time in the app to know where everything is located, it is a waste of time to use vs picking up the phone and calling.
6. I've spent way too much time trying to navigate this app, but between the crashes/dead ends it's nearly impossible.
7. I tried several times to no progress each time! I still do not have my lab results! Highly frustrated!Helpful app when it works.
8. Cannot navigate anywhere within the app to pay on account, even though it says you can.
9. UPDATE: I tried the app again, but now all my test results show "not available." Even website only shows partial info.
10. Edit... Good luck trying to get additional accounts to attach to the main account (kids).
11. When I installed the app on a second device it required I go through the same process rather than just sign in with my existing credentials which was irritating.
