1. About time it had password manager support and/or fingerprint login.I wish we could view our total calculated hours for the pay period and view our check earlier than the night before pay day but other than that it's pretty good.Used to work.

3. I would say that it successfully synchronises about 20% of the time and passwords need to be re entered every time on login.Frustrating and Useless Unable to use a password manager to auto-fill the password which is a shame.

4. First off, when inputting your login name it adds an automatic space after a period, not good when all logins have one.

5. Secondly it logs you out after about 2 minutes, thirdly it saves your password but only once so it never works again after you change the password and there seems no way to change it.

6. The important: Credentials incorrect - specifically email address (based on the error bubble), which I know is correct.

7. Stopped working a long time ago, unable to find server or webpage, something like that.

8. Is uselessGARBAGE! I cannot even login.

9. I'd love to try again when this issue is fixed.I guess it does what it's supposed to do, but not in a very user friendly way.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Work Issues

1. Fix Work Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Work: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Work App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Work" » Open Workforce Ready » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Work » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Workforce Ready app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Work servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Workforce Ready" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Work app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Work might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Work. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Work then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Work not working


2. Fix Work Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Work be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Work not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Work may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
