1. My training plan, my coach, and the insanely supportive Vert run community, got me through my first ultra and my first trail marathon and helped me finish strong.
2. Can't recommend these guys and girls highly enough!Have been training with Vert for a while now and the team have always been so amazing at creating and building not only a great training program platform, but a great community as well.
3. I can't use it because i need adjustments to my training and i need to add exercises i do separately but the system won't grab the info from my Garmin or Strava, so I'm finding Strava much more useful so far.The Vert Team - and this app, are absolutely remarkable.
4. The free version is extremely limited and honestly not worth downloading.The app is the perfect link between your Vert.run coach and your training.
5. Definitely recommend installing and giving one of the free programmes a try, but also suggest signing up to one of their plans 👌🏻It's okay, but only if all you do is run, do their cross training and follow their plan.
6. Based on the suggestions of the Vert.run community the app has improved a lot in the last years, it's user-friendly, flexible in adjusting your plan and recently GPS tracking functionality has been added.
7. Until then, I find it's not very usable to track progress.The app provides training plans tailored to your specific goals, from short to ultra distances combined with online coaching.
8. Had good experiences with training for even shorter distances (half marathon and 25k races) and then paid for a plan for my first ultra (40 miles).
9. Lots of encouragement & accountability from the interactions with the coach, and the base plans that the coaches use to tailor your training are solid.
10. Keep up the good work guys in making trail running accessible to everyone!I used Vert.run when I transitioned from mostly running on roads to running and racing on trails instead.
11. This app is just another highlight in what they are doing - the ability to quickly assess your training schedule, adjust it if needed and chat with your coach, is beyond fantastic.
