Why should I report an Issue with easypaisa - Payments Made Easy?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Easypaisa to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It takes somewhere around 30 seconds to reach and when the timer runs out we only have 2 tries left until our number gets blocked for 1 Hour! That's something very stupid please fix it by simply increasing the timer to 1 or 2 minutes!I would've given 0 star if it was possible.

2. There was a 3 times otp sending limit and they send the first 2 otp after 30 seconds and then they send third one on the time but still don't login to my account but asked me to wait for an hour to login again and get a pop up of login failed.

3. I don't recommend this appWhenever I try to login in easypaisa mobile app through fingerprint/code, it starts loading and then a network error pops up and tells me to try again.

4. Please fix the issue.For the past 6 months, easypaisa app is the worst.... It doesn't make any transactions and gives error everytime I try to make a transaction, What nonsense is runtime exception when I open the app rarely and even then it has to shut down thrice .

5. That's very convenient.What the heck is wrong with this app? I only have 1 easypaisa account and the app says the phone was used to access multiple easypaisa accounts.

6. I would like to recommend a feature that if the app have option an for scheduling a payment, a mobile package that will schedule on given time and also have an option for automatic renewal.

7. Easypaisa really needs improvement, it shouldn't offer such lame errors when it's the widely used online money transfer app.The reason i gave one star is that it's OTP.

8. Like many apps trying to do multiple things at same time, easy paisa app is a cluttered app with micro fonts and tons of texts and icons.

11. Its a bill and cash app, atleast make it simple to do that.It has a timer of 25 seconds to fetch OTP but the OTP takes more than 25 seconds to arrive.

1. Fix easypaisa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart easypaisa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the easypaisa App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "easypaisa" » Open easypaisa - Payments Made Easy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for easypaisa » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear easypaisa - Payments Made Easy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from easypaisa servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "easypaisa - Payments Made Easy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check easypaisa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, easypaisa might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall easypaisa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall easypaisa then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing easypaisa not working

2. Fix easypaisa Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make easypaisa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to easypaisa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, easypaisa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
