Stash Customer Insights

1. $9/mo isn't worth it unless you have a large amount of money to invest and if you decide to cancel, good luck.I've been using this app for years and it used to be so slick and easy.

2. But really dont like the new update, when you look at each investment, the new top stock chart display take up the whole screen, only leaving a small window at the bottom to look at more specific information.

3. I thought I had left it for good after filing my taxes, and it turns out they did a mistake and sent me a corrected 1099! Please Stash, just let me move on and forget you.I like the ease of buying/selling stocks on this app.

4. I want to see those results in real time because I have yet to have the smooth running app experience since the latest update(s).This app fell behind the competition and I really, really do not recommend it.

5. Absolutely trust the application! I have been able to draft or pause whenever I want and control the speed at which I am understanding.

6. Now, the app will charge the yearly fee a second time? And on the website, there isn't even an option to add a card as the payment method.

7. These may be minor inconveniences to some, but it has an impact on someone like me.I tried to update my credit card, but the app does NOT show the updated credit card.

8. Now I've been charged another $9 subscription fee when I was trying to close my account.

9. They are absolutely obessed with nagging you to use the "smart invest" feature and also auto investing, to the point of it seeming like they're trying to trick you.

10. It is quite clumsy to use, it does not integrate well with 3rd party apps, and it is not even free anymore! It has been a major hassle to even leave it.

11. Also one time I sold my entire smart portfolio during a system outage and got $500 or so trapped in pending status for months.
