2. The app worked flawlessly! I tried a different app at first and wasted hours scanning all the pages, just to find at the end that I couldn't send files over 20MB from their app and it didn't support my email app.

3. Otherwise, it is a great app to get what you have to get scanned, has many options toFantastic! This app has been a life saver when I've had documents that needed to be scanned practically on the go.

4. I swear every time I use this app a feature has been taken away from the free version and put in the premium.

5. Like if your document has any kind of watermark or stain on it none of the features they now have in the free version will clear it up.

6. I easily send the PDF or Image to myself/ others, or to email, text, Google photos, printer, etc, and can later print / download once I'm back in the office.

7. However the ability to format the documents with crop and lighting really seals the deal and it look even better than normal printer scanned documents.

8. They legitimately took all the good and even decent edit settings away from the free version.This is the best cam scanner app I've ever used.

10. Unlike other scanners, which uses contrast to recognize the page you want to scan, this one just required to take a picture and the algorithm can detect the page from there.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PDF Scanner app Issues

1. Fix PDF Scanner app Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart PDF Scanner app: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

  3. Clear PDF Scanner app - TapScanner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PDF Scanner app servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PDF Scanner app - TapScanner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PDF Scanner app app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PDF Scanner app might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PDF Scanner app. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PDF Scanner app then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PDF Scanner app not working


2. Fix PDF Scanner app Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PDF Scanner app be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PDF Scanner app not working. Make sure all VPNs are off

    El día de hoy se realizó el pago de una suscripción anual a su aplicación la cuál no tuvo mi consentimiento y fue realizada sin autorización. Por ende, al percatarme de esto cancelé inmediatamente la suscripción con un valor de COP 248.000 y solicité un reembolso.

    Just today 04/27/2022 I received the surcharge of €50.99 from your app "Scanner App To PDF - TapScanner" for 1 year of subscription (until 04/27/2022 in my account "alexp1999@redacted" at through AppleStore. It is an error since I have NOT activated this service and I do NOT want it! I just entered my profile and I saw that I have an active subscription and this is an error since I have not activated this subscription nor do I want it. I don't know what could have happened.

    I first used your product with the free trial period and was very pleased with the app. However as much as I liked it I did not enough money to pay for the annual membership, so I canceled after the three days. However, I was then offered the year subscription at an 80% discount. I decided to buy this (£6.98 instead of £34.90 I believe). However, I have just discovered I was charged for the undiscounted rate for this product even though I was told I would get 80% discount. Therefore, would it be possible to get a partial refund of the extra amount, or if that is not possible a full refund and cancel my subscription.

    I have subscribed to the tap scanner plan pro for a 3-day free trial. I was subscribed since 8:20 am on august 21st 2021. I have canceled my subscription within 30 minutes as it did not meet my needs. They said that the subscription will be cancelled on August 24th, 2021 which is the same day the free trial ends and it would renew to 59.99/yr had I not cancel it. I don't want them to still charge me during the process of canceling my subscription. I have read online reviews on google play explaining that people have been charged even after canceling. I have cancelled 72 hours before the trial ends, and I want to make sure I will not be charged on the 24th. I REPEAT, I HAVE ALREADY CANCELLED MY 3-DAY TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION THE SAME DAY I DID SUBSCRIBE, SO I HIGHLY DEMAND YOU DO NOT CHARGE ME ON THE 24TH.

  • Hello, i was wrongly charged rm199.90 for 3 days trial. I thought I will be charged only after the trial. Somehow, I was charged on the same day I subscribed to it and I would like for my refund. Its not even 48 hours since I subscribed to It.

    I just scribed to a 3 days free trial on your application. I now want to terminate it. Nevertheless, the instructions you give to terminate it do not work. It seems like your application is taint with fraudulent practices. I ask you to terminate my free trial right now or I'll have to take on legal proceedings.
