1. Hope you enjoy scrolling and zooming.I thought this app would allow me to access my UNC health chart, but I received an error message each time I tapped the MyChart link.Very professional and so soo much bedside manners.

2. MyChart Does Not Work!! Every time I try to go to MyChart, the link that I am supposed to be able to get my medical records, etc from has an Ooops this page cannot be reached message.

3. Please fix thisMy scheduled appointment was nowhere to be found in the app, in-app link to MyChart goes 404.

4. Easy to use, see your information, share w/other health professionals, download, message, etc.

5. Not for me since I will just go to the website directly.Mychart is the most important function for me as a patient in this app.

6. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that did not work.This app is mostly a shell for loading the website.

7. Now when I try to access it I get an Oops We Can't find that page message.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix UNC Health Issues

1. Fix UNC Health Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart UNC Health: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the UNC Health App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UNC Health" » Open UNC Health » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UNC Health » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear UNC Health app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UNC Health servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UNC Health" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check UNC Health app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UNC Health might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall UNC Health. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UNC Health then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UNC Health not working


2. Fix UNC Health Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UNC Health be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UNC Health not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UNC Health may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
